FAQs

Why not choose the bigger cheaper suppliers ?

Larger suppliers are producing for the local market as well as larger wholesale suppliers but are not liable for the product. Their defect rate is higher and do not offer a an equitable warrentee process. 

Are we CE Certified ? 

All products are certified for Sales globally. 

Where are we located ? 

We are based out of shanghai with QC control 365 days a year and daily communication with the factory. We have working representative offices in UK, Germany, Switzerland with ever growing presence.

How much can we produce per year ?

Present set up 2000 units per day. Expanding to 4000 within 2 months and with room to expand.  600,000 pieces presently and increasing to 2,000,000 by 2012. 

What are the lead times? 

Depending on volume, 2000 units ready within 10 days from order and can be shipped via air 10 days later.
